Yoga Classes

  • Hatha Yoga (mixed abilities)

    I teach hatha yoga classes to people of all abilities which is relaxing, revitalising and energising.

    My classes are friendly and popular with a guided sequence of postures designed to align and extend the body while activating muscles to help achieve a long, lean physique, and stimulate circulation, strength and energy. The class closes with meditation.

  • Chair Yoga (Senior Citizens class)

    I teach Senior Citizens a gentle hatha yoga class with chair yoga options which is relaxing and energising.

    This is a friendly small class with a guided sequence of postures considering different levels of abilities and health issues. The class closes with meditation.
